Has been in the family for 40 years and undercover for 30 of those years. The last ten years has taken a bit of a toll on the old thing. Birchwood interior is in fairly good condition. The skin is waterproof, but has some dents. Plumbing and electrical are original.

This has a nice living / kitchen layout, a center bedroom that fits twin bed with dresser and counter top. The bathroom is complete with sink, shower head, toilet, tank and medicine cabinet. The shower was never used inside the trailer so this room is in very good shape. Back bedroom has room for full size bed and dresser or two twins. The original pocket door separates the bedroom from the rest of the trailer.
